Why People Donate?

• The desire to give back
• The desire to do good in the community
• Religious beliefs
• Tax deduction
• Support a cause one believes in
• Good promotion for a company

In particular, college students need scholarships more than ever because of rising education costs. California is
making cuts in the education budget. Cal State and UC schools are being forced to increase student fees.
Winning a scholarship can make or break a student's capability to continue his or her education!
